I updated my FX-4300 to 4.2 GHz and 1.5 v after it restarted. I ran stress tests in Prime95 for an hour and the maximum temperature reached was 47 degrees. Disabling Cool n Quiet through the BIOS helped, but my clocks and voltages still fluctuated.

What CPU cooler are you using at 47 degrees, and is it running at 1.5V?
