If the sensor is faulty, it's difficult to determine the cause. If the issue lies with the sensor connecting directly to CPU throttling features, it needs to reach a specific temperature before throttling begins. It appears it shuts down before reaching that threshold. If you can adjust settings, try another Ryzen CPU in the system to confirm if the problem persists or is related to another component.

it doesn’t seem off; the airflow appears normal after booting up, but it fluctuates during idle. When you were just typing in desktop mode at around 55°C, the temperature rose to 63°C on your screen capture.
