Your readings under load remain normal. EDIT: Differences between open and closed enclosures will appear, but significant heat buildup usually indicates airflow blockage or overheating components.
During the Prime95 stress test, temperatures reached 94°C. Taking off the side panel reduced the heat to 90°C. The air from the CPU cooler felt either cool or moderately warm, even though the CPU was handling more than enough load for tea.
