Hey there, welcome! Your situation is pretty common for new PC owners. A CPU temperature around 45-50°C is typical under normal usage, especially if you're working in a warm environment like Singapore. The heat can rise during summer months and with higher workloads. Since you're comparing it to others, it's a good idea to check the benchmarks and see how your setup stacks up. Your current AIO cooler should handle the temps if it's properly installed and the ambient conditions are manageable. If you're curious about BIOS settings, it's a good sign you're interested in getting deeper into PC performance tuning. Don't worry about blaming the manufacturer just yet—BIOS tweaks can help. Building your own PC is tough right now, but you're definitely on the right track!

What are your load temperatures? Which airflow unit is it? Consider running a benchmark such as cinebench to check your readings.

Completed the multicore benchmark successfully. Each core reached a top temperature of 90°C. My performance score was 14,767. The AIO model used is Aftershock's GLACIER Glow 240mm Water Cooling.
