12700kf at 100 degrees with AIO during a stress test Cinebench is stable because all cores run at 5GHz overclocked.
The chip performed well under stress and overclocking. It seems cooling might need improvement for this setup.
What AIO size would work with a 5GHz overclock? Are your fan curves strong enough to handle the airflow? Do you own a case that isn’t particularly great at moving air? There are many possible situations here. If your curves are solid and the case performs well, you might need to either upgrade your AIO or lower your overclock.
it runs at 360mm aio elite cappelix aio with a 700x case, airflow and cooling seem adequate but i see pump fans not ramping up under load. I might need to address that issue.
