Update your account now. Access your new profile and transfer all documents and desktop items from the previous folder located at C:\Users\.

Your idea is excellent. After updating Windows, I returned to my regular profile and removed the temporary user folder. Now I’m using it normally. I also created a new profile with my Microsoft account, but I encountered some YouTube guides while still using my old profile.
