Tempere CPU surchauffe soudainement.
I’m working with a Ryzen 5 3600 paired with a Lian Li 360 Galahad inside an O11 Dynamic. The room stays warm, usually around 40-50°C, and when the system runs it climbs to about 60-65°C. Recently, my PC unexpectedly shut down during a Valorant match. I thought it was just overheating, but after switching to an AIO cooler, temperatures stabilized between 80-90°C. Once restarted, I checked again and stayed in the 60-70°C range, reaching up to 102°C with Corsair iCUE. The fan speed is normal, RPMs are correct, and the pump works well. The BIOS confirms everything is running as expected. My concern is whether the CPU itself might be failing. I’d appreciate any advice or expert opinions on this situation.
Reconsider reapplying and repositioning the device. Monitor temperatures and CPU activity immediately after restarting, and during BIOS setup. (If issue continues after these steps)
If issues remain after the above, I would consider removing and replacing the thermal compound. Before doing so, it's important to verify that the fans connected to the radiator are functioning correctly. My approach is to ensure they expel hot air effectively; some prefer them to pull in cold air instead.
