Hey, I noticed some temperature fluctuations after the BIOS update. Your AIO becomes noisier briefly—lasting a few seconds—especially during idle when you're browsing. It happens between 40 to 60 degrees. AGESA 1.2.0.2 ASRock X570 Taichi, thanks.
Great suggestion. If you're not finding anything useful to share, it's pointless to post. @OP, I'd revisit the BIOS settings and see if features like PBO are automatically activated with your latest version. Based on your AIO model, you might also adjust the pump/fan curves to reduce their aggressiveness.
PBO should be enabled or disabled based on your requirements.
I believe the BIOS was giving incorrect temperature readings earlier. I also use a 5900X with a custom cooling setup—480x45mm and 360x30mm rads, AquaComputer block, etc. Ryzen Master shows idle temps around 45-50°C, but they were closer to 55-60°C when I switched to an air cooler before going into the custom loop. I keep PBO on all the time, which really helps with single-threaded tasks like web apps. Here are my specs for your reference: AMD Ryzen 9 5900X @ 4224.02 MHz - CPU-Z VALIDATOR (x86.fr)
