The Ryzen 7 2700 shows occasional temperature fluctuations while idle, gradually cooling down to around 30°C before rising again. This pattern seems typical for the CPU and doesn’t appear problematic, especially since it doesn’t affect performance during gaming or other activities.

The CPU keeps adjusting its speed even when nothing is running, because background tasks are always active. Still, 37C is normal during idle or when the clock speed stays around 45-50.
