It makes sense that temperatures increase gradually as the liquid heats. I've faced similar issues before where an aio warmed up slowly despite being mostly used for cooling the CPU. Others had different setups, and it might be related to a hotbox enclosure. However, since no case was mentioned, what's your situation?
I notice that as the liquid approaches balance or reaches heat for temperatures to stabilize after some time, it's similar to letting a gas engine warm up. The engine temperature rises to operating levels, just like with a thermostat that accelerates heating before opening the radiator for cooling. We don't have detailed specs, but I think running the fans in pull mode rather than push might have been better, though RGB fans are usually placed front and center for looks.
