These readings seem unusual. The temperatures aren't matching what you'd expect for such a setup. It's strange that the GPU and CPU usage are also similar, especially with the cooler in place. Internet data suggests this might not be typical behavior.

I began investigating because the USB wireless headset often had problems when under stress—making strange sounds or disconnecting. Removing iCUE helped resolve the issue.

Around 50°C idle is typical for 3D chips. My setup runs at 47°C with a 360 cooler, but under full load with an air cooler it can hit TJMax because the 3D cache hampers heat removal. The chip ends up 20°C warmer than a non-3D model—this is what I observe on my 7950X3D. Don’t worry, for gaming you should aim to stay under 70°C max.

The GPU handles heavy workloads well, reaching peak temperatures of 72°C, with a hotspot hitting 93°C after the PTM7950 upgrade. It consumes over 400W in total. A larger card and cooler (ASUS TUF OC) would lower the average temperature. You might need to tweak fan speeds, though it will be noisier.

Thank you for the update. The issue seemed linked to temperature, but it might not have been the main cause.
