Hi everyone. On my rig, the 4790K hits temperatures like this: at startup in BIOS-idle it's around 33 °C with a voltage of 1.111V in Windows 10 idle, while in Bioshock 2 it stays between 40°C and 70°C depending on the scene. My room is quite warm at about 28°C, and the cooler has only one fan on the right side. The GPU (Zotac Amp Extreme GTX 1070) seems to be pushing the CPU temperature higher because of its proximity. I’m wondering if these readings are normal or if I should consider changing the thermal paste.
