It operates nonstop 24/7 at 4.2ghz. Under 240mm AIO it handles gaming smoothly in the high 50s to low 60s range. I reduced fan speed for quieter operation. Strong cooling is essential for the Ryzen 3000 CPU, which runs at 1.36v and stays locked.

Your problems likely stem from the BIOS settings. Temperatures look normal, but RGB toggling causes issues. Are DOCP, XMP, and PBO activated?

Adjusted my R5 2600 to 4.0 GHz and noticed the temperatures were slightly elevated. I achieved 3.95 GHz at 1.35V, and the temps remained below 60°C.
