Hello, Have you seen these consistent 10-degree changes in your CPU temperature? It’s not uncommon to notice such fluctuations on older models like the i5.

I've never encountered anything like this before. It's strange to think the GPU could jump from 0% to 100% without any CPU heat buildup.

It relates to the voltage supplied to the CPU, though the exact cause isn’t clear. Since the BIOS updates, the issues have become less frequent.

Check the BIOS settings for PBO configuration. If present, it might explain the issue.

Then I dunno update BIOS maybe helps, tough I prefer not doing that unless its a massiv eproblem...
