Adjust the settings to gradually increase the rate and activate only during steady temperature rises, avoiding sudden spikes as noted in the referenced timestamp.

Sorry about missing the timestamp; the video doesn’t show one. Since I’ve already seen this content, it feels like trying to avoid the issue or downplaying it. It’s still puzzling why YouTube triggers these temperature spikes. I don’t want to be slowed down by fast-forwarding because it could raise my CPU temps significantly. Still, I value your response. Ideally, I just wish my device temperatures stayed more stable.

I believe this approach works well. However, if you're okay with reduced performance in exchange for quieter operation, you can turn off Core Performance Boost and push the CPU overclocking to your comfort level. To do this, you'll need to disable the Core Performance Boost feature.

I adjusted the Maximum Processor State in the power plan to 99% and it resolved the problem, but it reduced performance noticeably (Cinebench R23 dropped from around 20k to 17k). It seems the main concern isn’t just speed, but why my system constantly tries to boost the CPU.

Currently, my approach appears to be configuring the Process Affinity for all browser processes to "Low." That doesn't provide any insight either. Additionally, it doesn't remain active after a reboot, which isn't ideal. EDIT: ignored. It seems ineffective?
