I noticed your video well. Your temperatures jumped from zero to 100 quickly. It seems like your CPU needs a bit more processing power—let me share what I have. Increasing speeds and temperatures can help, but fans are already struggling with high temps. I’d suggest adjusting your power settings.

I'm not sure about this, but it seems to be specific to YouTube. I don't notice unusual temperatures anywhere else. The playlist includes other clips too, which helps show how my readings vary. I'm wondering if adjusting the power plan could be the issue, since that would explain problems elsewhere. It's unclear why a power plan setting would cause issues in other contexts. I'll experiment with it.

Examine how the clock speed relates to temperatures. Sometimes the CPU reaches 4.9GHz and becomes very hot.

It seems your CPU spikes when you tweak YouTube settings or fast forward clips. This could be due to background processes or resource usage during those actions.

A power profile might resolve the issue; you could also adjust boost-related configurations in the BIOS. Even at 4.7GHz it becomes quite hot—perhaps Ryzen Master is causing excessive boost activity.

I also thought about a comparable approach before, so I turned off PBO wherever possible. Are you asking about increasing performance beyond PBO? If yes, I’m uncertain about the precise steps to take.

It's interesting I'm already running the software. The fan curve is set to increase around 60 degrees Celsius. That's why the fans kick in when things get hot.
