You have a 5600X with a NZXT X53 cooler, and it's been running well until recently. Now even when idle, the temperature reaches 70°C despite maximum pump speed. The fans are running at full blast and loud, but turning them off barely affects the heat. Coolant temperature is fine. You're wondering why this happens—could be a cooling issue, fan problems, or something else? It's not old since you recently replaced the radiator.

Back then I was in my mid-40s... I switched BIOS back to optimized mode, adjusted my RAM settings once, and now I'm idling around 50. It's hard to say if the AIO is working properly.
