my aio is still cooling the cpu even though the bios says it's running. i've tried placing it at the top and front of the case, even with msi's recommended position, but no improvement. i'm using liquid metal to boost heat transfer and have tried all possible adjustments without success. anyone have suggestions? windows 11:64bit core i5 9k aio: msi mag core liquid 240r

Reposition the cooler—it doesn’t connect properly. The pump seems to be off, even though the BIOS indicates otherwise. You might notice a vibration or a humming sound. Edited February 4, 2023 by Bismut Pump

It appears to be quite old. The coolant might have leaked out, leaving it unable to function properly.

These MSI AIOs seem to have reliability issues and are likely to fail.

I checked the area and noticed the same thing. Even if the cooler stops working, it still looks fine.

They block but a small amount of liquid remains. Swap it out soon.
