Hello, your concerns are valid. At those high temps, the CPU should start throttling to protect itself. Check if the default Wraith cooler is handling it well—your idle temps are normal, but prolonged exposure could affect performance. Monitor closely and consider adjusting cooling if needed.

Throttle setting at 95 is safe for short periods. Avoid overheating by applying a negative voltage offset, updating BIOS and chipset drivers, and adjusting the power limit in Ryzen Master. Lowering temperatures is also possible. Alternatively, increase fan speed.

Also, if you have an overclocking setup, verify your voltage and check the SOC voltage to ensure the cooler is properly positioned.

It won’t harm it if it’s only a few hours, but the appearance isn’t good. They shouldn’t be running at such high speeds. Are you using the stock cooler? Have you overclocked? What case do you have and what fans are you using? The 3700X with the stock cooler should stay within a reasonable temperature range if there’s enough airflow.

I have three fans—one at the back and two at the front—working to move air in and out. I haven’t increased their speeds yet. Thanks for your assistance!

Verify the voltage readings, ensure the cooler is properly positioned, and follow the updates mentioned by @5x5 for the BIOS.
