Hey there! Need some advice on your Ryzen 7 5800X cooling performance? When you enable Core Performance Boost in BIOS, temps stay between 50-60 during idle. With Corsair H115i Pro RGB Platinum on your AIO, temps drop to 32-38 even when multitasking or gaming. Thermal paste is fresh, CPB is off and cooling nicely, and your system handles heavy loads well. Other specs: Asus Strix B550-F Gaming, Wi-Fi, Corsair 2x8GB, 3200MHz, Asus TUF RTX 3070 Airflow chassis (open case). Any tips?

Performance improves significantly by enhancing the v-core and speed, leading to higher temperatures. Temperatures around 50-60°C seem acceptable when CPB is active.

It’s better to enable it rather than risk damaging the processor, especially since you’re already limited to 3.8 speed.

The CPU performs well up to 90°C under full load or lower. Running a Cinebench test would help identify maximum temperatures more clearly.

Sure, thanks for the details. I'm going to adjust my CPB now. I was nervous before, anything over 50 degrees feels risky, so I need to shift my perspective. Appreciate the help!
