You've got your 3900x cooling with a Kraken Z73 AIO. It's running at just 3% load, but temps are hovering between 60-65°C while the cooler reads around 31°C. You're not sure why this happens, especially since you're using a Crosshair viii graphics card.

Check if the Kraken includes a built-in thermometer. If it does, rely on those readings. Other sources may differ.
