I've updated the system settings and checked for updates. The cooler is working well, but temperatures still spike to 100°C. No resource-heavy processes or background services are running. Consider cleaning dust from vents, ensuring proper airflow, and verifying BIOS updates. If the issue persists, run a disk check or test with a different workload.

Take it apart and remove any debris, possibly requiring a professional service for restoration.

Hi @Chris Pratt, thanks for your response. I cleaned and re-applied the thermal paste recently, but the problem persists. Would using Intel XTU and undervolting help?

Did you secure the cooler firmly and use the correct adhesive?

It seems like this message is about identifying a Chinese brand rather than a product.

Other than adjusting the thermal paste, what additional steps can I take to resolve this issue?

In addition to applying paste, confirming the fan spins and ensuring proper mounting pressure are sufficient
