Hey, your new PC with the R7 3700X is heating up a lot when idle. It swings from 30°C to 55°C even though you're just checking the temp monitor. That's pretty hot—consider using cooler options like Dark Rock 4 Pro.

Hello, Windows will run stuff in the backgroup making the temp going higher, nothing to worry about especially at 55°C. Most CPUs are different, he might get an higher clock with a lower voltage or a lower clock with an higher voltage, silicon lottery.

Just let the motherboard operate independently; you won't achieve a consistent 4.3 GHz across all cores on every R7 3700X with adequate voltage.
