I've owned this laptop for three years now. When I play games, the temperature climbs to 68°C and the performance drops noticeably from 950MHz to 450MHz. I've tried various ways to lower the heat like undervolting or replacing the thermal paste, but results haven't improved much. Recently, I've been exploring BIOS modifications in hopes of raising the temperature limit on my GPU. Could you assist or guide me through removing this temperature cap? The maximum throttle temperature is usually set by the CPU itself. It’s unclear if this value can be adjusted through the BIOS.

The most effective method to boost performance without resorting to unconventional tricks is increasing the fan speed if feasible, and ensure the laptop is placed on a solid surface.
