It seems the setup doesn’t have enough front airflow. Check if moving the PC outside the case helps temperatures. A slight improvement might mean the cooling fan isn’t working properly.

Check if you're connecting the pump to the pump header or fan header, and confirm it's operating at full capacity.

I own seven 120mm fans plus two 120mm for the AIO. The airflow works well and you can even sense the cool air at the back and upper fans. Three fans in front use a pull setup, two AIO fans are mounted sideways, one fan has a pull configuration at the bottom, two have push setups on top plus one at the back. I use the pump header, and it works perfectly at 4000+ RPM and 2000 RPM for the fans.

More fans don't automatically mean better performance. Air is entering from various angles, likely creating turbulence that blocks proper flow to your parts. Outgoing cold air doesn't guarantee success; it might indicate hot air is trapped while fresh air escapes prematurely. If the room temperature is extremely low, you probably won’t notice overheating issues. Ideally, the system should be warm or hot coming out of the case, showing active cooling. The AIO offers only average performance and a modest 240mm size. A better air cooler would likely outperform it. The case's thermal design is subpar unless the front panel cover is removed, which then provides minimal airflow through the side vents—unless you're using powerful fans.
