A week or two ago I verified my CPU temperature again and noticed it was quite elevated. I'm running an AMD Ryzen 7 3700X with the built-in cooler, and it's currently around 60 degrees during idle (previously it was 35-45). In Task Manager, the CPU usage was only at 15%. Please help.

What are load temperatures? If they're comparable or acceptable, you can focus on other aspects; idle readings aren't important, but load readings should be okay.

How many years has the PC been running? If it's been a while, the old thermal paste could be worth replacing.

I performed a Userbenchmark test (https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/32290231) and noticed my CPU temperature peaked at 95°C, which is quite elevated.

Do you have any performance tweaks on your processor? Consider cleaning and reattaching the cooler. Skip user benchmarks; I think stress testing isn't useful here.
