I disassembled everything except the heatsink to check for alternative reasons. It appears slightly cooler after that. No reports from Noctua about failures—just considering the Be Quiet Dark Rock Pro 4 as an alternative.

Before removing the NH-D15, check if you're inside the case or take it out. The same applies when putting it back on.

It seems the Heatsync hasn<|pad|> can't be the issue—it was likely the overclock. Checking if the motherboard is the cause next.
