I understand your concern. You ran Cinebench on the CPU briefly before overheating, and now it's crashing at high temperatures. The issue seems to be related to heat management—possibly no proper cooling or synchronization. Since you recently rearranged cables and confirmed everything was plugged in correctly, the problem might lie with hardware components like the GPU or power supply. It could also be a software glitch, but the timing suggests thermal issues are more likely. To diagnose further, check temperatures closely and consider testing with different cables or a different setup.

What specifications? Which one looks better? Adjust the cooling unit. Refresh the thermal paste application.

i9 9900k paired with MSI Gaming Edge AC and three intake 1 out LL120 fans. It has worked well so far, but I’m worried I might need to reapply paste again.

Do you see any cooler available? The i9s tend to get very hot.

Replace the cooler and put more thermal paste. Also check the voltage settings. Any overclocking needed?

I don't understand the Voltages HWMonitor readings well enough. I haven't adjusted anything in the BIOS, just enabled XMP and a single overclocking option. It might be Boost or Turbo, but I'm not sure.

Have you seen Alex and Riley enjoying mustard and Nutella together as part of T.I.M.?
