I've tried using Intel Extreme Utility for overclocking, but my CPU seemed to work fine until I ran Prime95.

Hello,
I hope this is the right place for this query.
Could anyone suggest the best tool to track FPS, temperatures, loads, and similar metrics on CPUs/GPUs during gameplay as of March 3, 2017?
I've tried several options but have run into issues with overlays.

MSI Afterburner. Configure On-Screen Display settings under the Monitoring tab.

For stress testing the OC, Prime95 V26.6 burn in test for 24H is suggested.
If you need another opinion, AIDA64 Extreme offers strong OC stability testing capabilities.
For tracking temperatures, clocks, usage, etc., as an overlay on your games, MSI Afterburner is recommended.
I began two individual threads that were merged by the system somehow.
I'm a bit confused about it.
