I rely on Core Temp for CPU core monitoring due to its user-friendly design, while I prefer AIDA64 for other tasks. I've also purchased a license for HW Monitor Pro, but AIDA64 seems more suitable.

Core Temp is fine too.
But for AMD systems, AMD Overdrive is ideal – it lets you track both CPU temperatures and thermal margins.
If you have Intel, HWMonitor might work, but the Intel team would know the best way to handle it.

I only use the BIOS for the PWM fans, and speccy displays the temperatures. However, speccy atm shows incorrect temperatures for the motherboard (because Win10 AU is enabled).
