I looked for information but didn't find much. It seems I'm not very skilled with this task. Recently, I made a change and switched to Telus, which helped me because she offers a discount as a contractor. Before that, I checked with them about port forwarding since I run some services remotely. Access to Emby was important for me, especially for music and video streaming. With Telus, communication was frustrating—they seemed to avoid giving clear answers and often redirected questions to the manufacturer. It felt confusing. With Shaw, things were different; they didn't seem to cause any problems. I'm already feeling pressured with my new contract and wondering if this was a mistake. Should I consider replacing my router or dealing with their ONT? It's strange how Telus seems stuck in the past.
