Experiencing random internet problems while gaming. Previously stable on my laptop, now issues arise with Windows 10 and a USB Wi-Fi dongle. Moving the dongle to another hub resolved some issues but caused performance drops and VPN incompatibility. The Wi-Fi icon sometimes shows disconnected status yet connects when links are clicked. Possible causes include network configuration, driver conflicts, or VPN settings interfering. Consider testing with a different router, updating drivers, and checking VPN compatibility.
