Hi everyone, I've been facing this problem for a while now. My PC works fine when connected to the PC, but I need to restart because of an update or just want to turn it off. Once I restart, it shows a shutdown warning with the update progress, then the screen goes blank and the computer stays on. I have to press the power button and force it off, then reboot. After that, Windows tries to load Windows 11 but keeps showing the same issue while the PC is still on. Sometimes I manage to restart and get it working, but every time I lose my program files or have to do a full clean install. It's really frustrating. Recently, I reinstalled Windows once and did a repair about ten minutes ago. Someone please help me – I’m okay with computers, but any tips would be appreciated. If possible, I can share a screenshot and record this so you can see what’s happening. Next time it happens, I’ll document it and upload the video.

You're deciding between "Reboot" and "Shutdown." They differ, so select "Shutdown" then perform a clean reboot.
