When recording in Fraps and Audacity for voice, I adjust the settings by moving through the menu options while speaking. Up, down, but the issue is that the audio becomes out of sync with the video. Anyone know if others have faced this problem and have any fixes? Thanks.

Consider using a screen recorder along with your audio input/output. An external device could capture everything to a USB hard drive.

Bandicam allows recording video and separate audio files in smaller sizes compared to Fraps. I believe the problem with Fraps is that the files are either moving too slowly or too quickly.
