Thank you for your messages. It seems the modem isn't allocating an IP address to the router despite your attempts. I've rechecked the MAC cloning and manually assigned the IP, but it's still not working. The technician is scheduled to visit on Monday.
Motorola: MG8702 (Docsis 3.1 Cable modem plus AC3200 WiFi Gigabit router) I experienced the same problem. I managed to link two of my laptops to the Wi-Fi, while the other two and all remaining devices couldn’t connect to the combo unit. Attempts to call with Xfinity and Motorola yielded no results. Since the device remains under warranty, Motorola advised replacing it. I found this article in hopes of getting some help, but progress hasn’t been made. Phew! Here’s the event log.
