I've got a solid setup with everything connected correctly. I'm still facing this problem despite changing several parts over the past six months. It only occurs occasionally—first on the VCR, then the Switch, and finally the Xbox. I haven't touched the PS2 yet since it's a more recent addition. I've attached a photo of the issue and the full wiring diagram of my desk. Can someone assist me?

I think there might be a conflict between the HDMI switch and the capture device. If it occurs again, try using a direct connection.
