It's true I'm feeling a bit frustrated about skipping study time in favor of gaming. The Steam achievements have been refreshed—Witcher Gear now has an additional milestone: 'Grandmaster'.
I'm ahead by roughly ten hours, honestly! I didn't even realize it. I'm really excited though—recently I've felt pretty disappointed since I've played a lot, but nothing has been as interesting as it is now. Can't wait to try sign mutations and check out the new map!
Single playthrough? I missed a couple of achievements during my run of the main game, did everything in HoS I think. Debating whether to NG+ before or after I play this. Probably after. I know how you feel though, Witcher 3 was the best game I've ever played, not necessarily my favourite, but definitely up there. Thankfully I've had a couple of good games in the interim while waiting for this. I thoroughly enjoyed the new Ratchet and Clank on PS4, and Uncharted 4 is looking like a very strong contender for GOTY. Say what you will about consoles, but quality games are quality games, especially when from developers as good as Naughty Dog and Insomniac.
Witcher 3 secured the top prize in my opinion. I’ve always spent a lot of time hunting for achievements. Just now I noticed I have to refresh my location a few times by the end of this expansion.
