I manage a 1,024 user TS3 server and a 512 user TS3 server. Bandwidth takes precedence over RAM or CPU capacity. The 1024 user TS3 operated on 2 cores and 4 gigs of RAM without problems—now it's upgraded to more robust hardware, though not strictly required. The 512 user runs on 2 gigs of RAM with 2 cores. This is the 512 user: recent stats show past 30 minutes and past 12 hours.
