I see Asrock Pro RS as value board, alongside some MSI B650-S which is like slightly worse than Pro RS or MSI Gaming Plus Wifi, There's also PG LIGTNING (ATX version) and occasionally one of the many iterations of Gigabyte X (AX) (V2).

Avoid extreme stress on the X670 board... cheaper B650 models work well with a 250W CPU.

I don’t really recall having a Titan X at first, but that’s when I switched to the 7900XT. Now it feels like some features lag or aren’t set up perfectly—sometimes everything works smoothly, other times it just doesn’t feel right.

No, I didn't reinstall or update the GPU drivers after switching from an Nvidia chip to an AMD one.
