Someone, I understand your issue. Your PC's TPM is disabled, but you've turned it on—now you're seeing the error message. You might need to re-enable TPM or follow the appropriate steps to install Windows 11 properly. Let me know how you'd like to proceed!

What details are needed? Once you have all the necessary components, you can simply download the 11 installer, launch it, and proceed with the upgrade smoothly.

Could need to activate the TPM module during BIOS setup. Many boards don’t enable it by default.

The only possible solution is a complete system reset. I wouldn't recommend upgrading to Windows 11, since it's not reliable and many functionalities have been removed, such as the taskbar position and the combined network/audio/sound menu in the system tray. Regarding the problems with Windows 10 you're trying to upgrade to 11, the software should still function properly for another five years.

The Z390 Gaming X is preconfigured with Trusted Computing and Intel PTT disabled in the BIOS by default, as specified by Gigabyte. Access your BIOS settings, adjust Intel PTT to enabled, and activate the TPM module under the Trusted Computing area within the Peripherals section. Detailed guidance is available in section 2-6 of your manual. Windows 11 works fine and differs from Windows 10, which some users find unsettling. I've been using it since Beta on my daily driver without any problems.
