Tast manager detects RAM speed of 4100MHz yet remains paused at 3600HELP.
The speed remains unchanged despite the settings. I manually set it to 4100 at 1.5 volts, but testing failed as expected. The task manager shows 4100 MHz, while CPU-Z and OCCT report 3600 MHz during stress tests. It seems stuck at 3600 MHz. I've been working for four hours and can't give up now.
On an AMD setup, using 3600 is better than 4100. If the processor supports it, it performs even better. Intel has certain constraints based on other factors.
