Hello, I encountered this problem a few months back, and it’s becoming quite bothersome. Occasionally, when I hover over the taskbar and click on any window, it doesn’t appear. I had to either restart the Windows Explorer process or use alt+tab to bring the window into view again, but after some time it keeps happening randomly. I’ve tried cleaning the cache, resetting the file explorer history, and applying a few registry tweaks I found online, but nothing resolved the issue.
