I just upgraded to Windows 10 for free on my laptop and really like the task bar, especially the black version. Anyone know how to achieve that look on Windows 8.1 through a mod or theme? I can't upgrade to Windows 10 because some of my apps won't work anymore.

Use UXStyle on a Windows 10 mod for Windows 8 to implement the changes.
