My friend is just a couple minutes away and has it, while I don’t. If you want to debate, I’ll gladly share my Windows update log and show you what’s on my system. Don’t say something’s wrong when I know they’re definitely right—and I’ve spent two days trying to fix this problem that many people are facing.

They might be able to, but it seems the app isn't working right with Windows versions. It would be better to investigate this issue before launch rather than after, when it could cause more frustration. There are some potential solutions online, though none seem to be effective so far. I've tried several fixes on both computers, but nothing has helped.
