I also didn't understand it at first, but after checking for updates, installing them, and restarting it, it worked. Just keep updating.

I verified the specifications and requirements, and everything functions for me. As you mentioned, it’s region-based or there could be hardware or other issues. What operating system are you using? @ slightlyjaded

It's odd I assumed we shared the same OS. I changed from Windows 7 to 8.1 thinking it wouldn't affect my Windows 7 setup, but it doesn't work on Windows 8 Pro either. I'm not sure what might be causing the issue...
