So a couple things; 1: I like a clean desktop. Just looks good. So don't suggest I just make desktop Icons. 2: I'm pretty hard headed So my taskbar is full, and I was wondering if there were a way to do something kind of specific. I know you can create folders in the taskbar, and I basically want that, so I can have like a game folder, a couple different program folders, entertainment folder, ect. And when you click on one, it opens, and once you click on a program (shortcut), the folder will automatically disappear and the program starts. (almost like IOS)

It seems you're recalling a feature similar to switching to an OS X-style dock rather than a taskbar. Most dock interfaces mimic the folder popup behavior found in macOS.

You can attach folders to the explorer icon on your taskbar by making a shortcut and moving it there.

I believe you're viewing something similar to the one on 1upindustries.com. It's just a $5 investment and it's worth it.

I’m not familiar with OSX yet. I noticed how the iPhone uses folders where you can click to open them and launch apps. That’s different from what I understand about macOS. I’ll check the links you mentioned. Thank you for your effort, and I’ll let you know if either works for me.

7 stacks is functioning perfectly, exactly what I expected! I reduced the taskbar from having 58 icons—most of which weren’t pinned—to just 12 pinned applications.
