Remove your GPU directory from the current version and switch to a known stable one. If this doesn’t help, the problem likely lies with Windows itself.

I saw it happen the day before and performed a fresh setup, yet the problem persists immediately after. Also, the issue remains even after uninstalling the graphics drivers.
