On the desktop, adjust the scaling by right-clicking > Display settings > modify the size of text apps and additional elements.

You can also simply tap the properties in the taskbar and turn off the small icons option if it fits your size preferences.

Adjusts program dimensions so sizes become excessive, causing blurry visuals. Focus on taskbar symbols only. The icon appears reduced because a bar was added below it.
