Hello everyone, I own these two monitors: an LG 31MU97 (my primary screen) and a LG 24MP68VQ. I shift the Taskbar to my second monitor but notice two issues. First, whenever the displays exit the Taskbar, it returns to the first monitor. Second, after restarting or shutting down the computer, the Taskbar remains visible without moving, though it appears thicker. I’m not sure if changing my main screen would help. My experience on another machine with similar setups worked perfectly.

On Windows, the taskbar starts on the primary screen. When you switch to a secondary display and power it down, the system automatically brings it back to the main monitor.

I performed the same action on another machine with dual displays, and everything functioned properly.

I realize I need to secure it, but it isn't functioning.
