Taskbar appears on the second screen?
He's been handling the task for quite some time—over five years, to be exact.
It seems most people expected you to have both monitors active simultaneously.
Right-click the desktop screen, select "Resize to Fit," then click "Second Display." Choose "Make This My Main Display." The taskbar should appear on the other screen now.
The second screen would show all games by default too. I don’t believe that was the intention of the OP.
That's correct... the unlock drag and lock feature on the second monitor functions properly for me.
